Section I: Refunds
We appreciate your patronage and we would like to put a smile on your face. Kindly read through our refunds section if you have any need for a refund.
i. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, and undamaged in any way. All original packaging, seals and accessories much be intact.
ii. After we receive your returned product, our team of experts will inspect it and then proceed to get your refund underway. The money will be refunded to your preferred Nigerian Bank Account.
Standard bank refunds take between 8-10 business days for you to get credited, while refunds to credit cards may take up to 15 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
iii. Kindly note that if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I initiate a refund?

What happens after 7 days of not returning my item?
If after 7 days, you are yet to return your item, your refund request will be cancelled, no refunds will be issued and you will be unable to return this item.
What are “Business Days”?
Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include Weekends and Public Holidays.
Once I return an item, how long until I get my refund?
Once we confirm receipt of your item, the standard refund time is 10 business days, as shown in our timeline above.
How do I track my return status?
We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.
Why will an item be re-delivered to be instead of a refund?
Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, a microwave returned for not powering-on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered to you.
